Use of site

You may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use and may submit event inquiries through the booking forms. You may not scrape the site, copy substantial portions of the content, run automated traffic against it, attempt to access parts of the site that are not public, or use the site in any way that breaks the law or interferes with other visitors.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, photography, logos, and design, are owned by Ignite Arcade or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. The Ignite Arcade name, logo, and slogan are trademarks of Ignite Arcade.

Inquiry processing

When you submit an event inquiry, the form data goes to our third-party booking system Tripleseat so our events team can respond. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when our events team sends you a written confirmation and any deposit terms are met.

Third-party links

The site links to other sites (for example, Google Maps, Tripleseat, social media). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or the way they handle information you give them. Use them at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
